We reserve the right to decline provision of any service to anyone at our discretion.

You herein acknowledge that your personal information other than your credit card information may be transferred in an unencrypted format and involve (a) transmissions through several networks; (b) adjustments in conformity to technical requirements of connecting networks and devices. Your Credit card information stays encrypted during the transfer over networks.

You shall not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, transmit or exploit any portion of our Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided. All PRIDE Reading Program materials are copyrighted materials and may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied including digital scanning, transmitted or used in any way not associated with our Service or as designed and without our express written permission.

PRIDE Workbooks and e-Books are sold and licensed as single use and single student use only.  Each purchase of a PRIDE Workbook or e-Book grants you permission to use or distribute that single PRIDE Workbook or e-Book to a single student and my not be distributed or used with additional students after its original use.

PRIDE reserves the right to cancel any account and/or block access to the PRIDE Reading Program website for any violation of the above policy.

PRIDE Online Teaching Guide purchase grants to purchaser a single user license.  PRIDE Online Teaching Guide license expires on the greater time of the one year anniversary of purchase or until decommissioned as a result of the introduction of a new PRIDE Reading Program edition.

Returns & Refunds

Thanks for purchasing our products at PRIDEReadingprogram.com.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team will inspect your returned products and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Shipping Policies

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.  Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.  If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.  Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.  If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order,  we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates – delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation – Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number/s.  The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs Duties and Taxes

PRIDE Reading Tutor is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.  All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer including but not limited to tariffs, taxes, etc.

Damages

PRIDE Reading Tutor is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.  If you received your order damaged,  please contact use first then the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

PRIDE Reading Tutor currently ships internationally to Australia and Canada via our Website.  World wide sipping is available via quote.  Contact us via email for more information.

Accuracy, Completeness, and Timelineess of information

We shall not be responsible for any information inaccuracy on this website. While we strive to provide accurate and clear cut Material, we encourage wide range of research to affirm our material.  

Accuracy Of Billing and Account information

We shall either accept or decline your order at our discretion. We may restrict the kind of material you access to your accessible bill. Where we cancel or restrict a subscription, we will attempt to notify you through the provided telephone number and billing address.

You hereby agree to at all times keep your contact and billing information accurate and updated to assist us with accuracy in shipping, billing, return and refund where applicable.

Optional Tools

We may allow you access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have control or input.
